At Allied Home Inspections we provide computer generated reporting for our
whole house and termite inspections as well as radon tests. Similar to our
inspections, our reporting is very thorough. The whole house report averages
25-30 pages and includes photos to help explain our descriptions.
A text only summary is also included. This provides a "punch list" to address
only the problem items.
Our termite reports are documented on the National Pest Management
Association (NPMA) wood destroying insect report form, meeting current HUD
requirements.
Radon test reports provide an hourly breakdown of readings, indications of any
tampering, test times, and overall average. This is completed at the end of the full
test period.
All reports email out the same day, and professionally bound hard copies mail out
the following business day. Additional email copies will be sent to as many email
addresses as desired by the client.
