Kevin did not rush through house. He explained every issue he found and he had the reports typed and emailed to me in a few hours. Thu, Dec 3, 2009---We were very pleased with Kevin Wattenbarger and the job he did inspecting our home. He was very knowledgeable and gave us numerous valuable tips throughout the process. He also knew much about foreclosed homes and the potential problems they may have, which made us feel very comfortable about having someone like him complete the inspection. The inspection reports are very detailed and easy to read. We really like that there are pictures of the areas where there is action needed along with the description of what needs to be done. This will help us tremendously. Lastly, his customer service was outstanding. We would like to thank Kevin for recommending a cheaper alternative to the radon test. Given the timing of when the test will be done, he recommended using a radon kit, rather than using his services, which would cost more. This showed us that he looks out for his clients and recommended what was best for us, not him...and we appreciate that. We will definitely recommend Kevin to our friends and family. Thank you!
